What question would you most like answered?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for January 14, 2009:

Would anyone who voted for George W. Bush in 2004 like to apologize to the world at large?  (I'll give you a pass if you voted for him in 2000; the depths of his incompetence were not fully known at that time.)

What question made the biggest impact on your life?

"Who am I?"

This question represents the core of Ramana Maharshi's self-inquiry method.  The goal is to gradually strip away all the trappings of the ego and get down to our true identity, which is beyond imagination.

What do you believe about karma?

Posted on Dec 3rd, 2008 by GW in Ohio : Soccer Hooligan GW in Ohio
This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for December 03, 2008:

As long as we are identified with our egos...our minds and bodies....the law of karma governs us, and yes, we will have to be reborn as many times as we have to in order to work it all out.

But if we can realize our true identity, which is Self, Atman, universal mind, whatever you want to call it, then we are saved from the endless round of births and deaths and we're no longer bound to the wheel of karma.
